Personal feeling here that the new YHA website enables visitors to find local groups easier, compared with the old website. Well done yha my only comment is that affiliated groups link should say something like find a group near you. A minor comment.

Both the web URL and the e-mail address for Barnet YHA Group had been mis-typed and I reported this.

It seems unlikely that many visitors to the YHA web site will find the Affiliate Groups list. You have to click the not very obvious YHA Membership link at the top of the home page then the YHA membership page has a link to Affiliate Groups on the left but there is nothing on the membership page to tell you what an affiliate group actually is or why you might want to click that link.

On the YHA Membership page, it would be useful if they added something like "You can join an affiliate group of like-minded YHA members in your area". Actually it's not really a benefit of membership as nowadays, as you can be a member of an affiliate group without being a YHA member, so this raises the question of why the affiliate groups list is under Membership. I think it would be better under Activities as affiliate groups do organise activities. The Postellers are listed under Activities > For Young People so why not put affiliate groups under Activities somewhere?
