Is this still the forum to use for YHA Local Group matters ?

As a long standing member of Hostellers Sailing Club and also a member of a couple of other YHA local groups at various times, I would like to keep in touch with YHA matters and particularly YHA Local Group matters, but I see that this particular forum has not been much used recently. Is there another forum that is more active? – if not we should try to use this one more, or is the world so perfect that there is no longer anything to complain about?
