The 1992 & 1993 Charities Acts
The introduction of the Charities Act, some of which has still to become law, contains important regulations for charities, designed to monitor their activities and afford the general public greater protection from the activities of unregistered organisations. Also being introduced are new regulations covering the way in which charities report their financial and other affairs.
